Roll-call
Roll-call found the following Trustees present,to wit;
P.A. C;~nningham, J~~~, Ceo Wallace and G.W. HOlston.
Absent Trustees ~c G~vern and Kelley.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read anfd and upon motion of Trustee Cunningham
seconded by Trustee ':;allace and reg~larly carried were approved as read.
A communi~ation wss received from ~ames E. Walsh representing ~lmaes L. ~lood in answer to
a communication from the City Clerk under date of April 20, 1915,
was at present in the southern part of the State
would be placed befSre him on his return.

City Trustees for installing electric sign at the Cor. Division St. and Grand Avenue
~ The matter was taken uhder advisment by the B^ard and the Communication was placed on file
The City 0Terk was instrmuted to co-~municate with the City Clerk of Palo Alto with reference
to cost of maintanence of the electric sign in use by the City of Palo Alto.
