This meeting was called to order at 8' o clock p.m.,Trustee C.W. Holston"Pres~dent of the Board". Roll-call Roll c~ll found the following Trustees ,present ,to wit; J.C. ~c Covorn, Oeo. H. Wallace and G.W. Holstono Absent Trustees P.A. Cunnin~ham, and J.H. Eelley. The minutes of the previous meeting we~ .~ead and approved. An Application for a franchise was received from the South San Francisco Railroad and Power Company,wherein they applied for afranchise from Chestnut Avenue to the limits of the City of South San Francisco,with the understanding that they would not be called upon to pay for the paving of the street between their tracks. Upon ~otion of Trustee Mc Govern seconded by Trustee Wallace and regu~&rly carried the application was filed for ~ture reference. The following applications for Class A" Liquor licenses w.ere received ~ Walther Bros. #l~and Avenue, Gio Bertucelli, Frank Bougherty,John ~ lombo Chas Fenger Peter P. egli Ch~s. Bonalanza, Louis Bortoll, H.Scampinni,R.E. Setter,Haw. es ~ Tibbetts,and Joe Paccheco. paning and accom each of the above applica~ions.-'Wa~, a bond in favor of the City of South San Francisco in the penal su~ of One Thousand ~10001 Dollars for the faithful compliance with ordinance #59 of the City of South San Francisco by the applicant and each of the applicants having com?]~ied in all respects with the provisions of Ordinance ~59 of the said City they were gra ~rante~ permits for Class A" liquor licenses for the term ending Decemb~ Zl ,1915 ,upon roil'call and by the unanimous vote of all Trustees present,to wit; J.C. ilc $svern, ~eo. ~{. ~al!ace and ~.W. ~olston. Day Of lIovember,191~.,was formally intro- duced by Trustee Wallace~ had its first reading and was laid over to come up under regular order of Business at the next meeting of the ~Aoard.
