Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco, held .~nday, ' ovember,15, 1915 This meeting was called to order by Trustee J.C. Mc Govern who, acted as Chairman of the Board in the absence of G.W. Holston . Roll call Roll-call found the following Trustees,present ,$o wi~; ~~~~ J.H. Kelley, Geo H. Wallace and J.C. Mc Govern,- Absent, Trustees ~.A. Cunnln~ham and G.W. Holston. The minutes of the previous meeting were read an~ approved. Application was made by the Pac. ~as ~ Electric Company,to set one pole on ~ine Avenue near 0~.lve Avenue as per blue print ~ 538 attached to the application. Application was also made to set poles according to blue print ~545 i~ order that all migh tension wires might be removed from ~rand Avenue between Linden Avenue and Chestnut Avenue. The City Clerk was instructed to ask Hr E.W. ~lorence to appear before the Board on .~ovember22, in regard to blue print ~545. An application for a sewer Two hundred ~200) feet in lenght on pine Avenue was made by H. ~. Sharp in order that houses ;n course of construction might be connected with ;he City sewer system. M~ved by Trustee Wallace seconded by Trustee Kelley that the request be ~ranted Carried A request for a sewer on L~nden Avenue between the curb and sidewalk was made by J ~ourcans so that sewer connection might be made with a basement which he contemplated building The matter was laid over until a fu'll Board of Trustees would be present~ and in the meantime the City Engineer was instructed to ascertain the cost of t~he work The report of Wm. J. Kidd who had been employed to audit the City books was received and r~ad the report showed the books of all the City officials to be correct on June Z0,1915. Mdved by Trustee Kelley seconded by Trustee Wallace that the report of Wm J Kiddd be accepted and placed on file. Carried The following demands against the City were presented for payment the same having been approved by the finance committee. The Enterprise Pub. So.
