D. ~'~noh for the Grand Hotel which he purchased from Frank P. Dougherty, Accompanying the application -was a bond in the penal sum of One Thousand Dollars for the faithful compliance with Ordinance No 59 by the Almplioant and the applicant having complied t~thll respects with the provisions of Ordinance No. 59 he was granted a permit, foe the balance of the ~erm. ending June Z0, 1916. by the Unaminous ~ ve~e of all T~ueteee present. A. oonnnunioation was received from. T. A. Ahern in answer to one from the City Clerk concerning a ditch ~arallelling the S. P. D~aoks at Grand And Divisons Streets. Mr. Ahem stated thatthe depress- ion would be filled as rapidly as material could be obtained. The oonnunioation was ordered filed. A. 0onlnu~ioation was received from the ~uperiof Fre~ohLaundry asking that the action taken by the Board on February 7, eonoerning the granting of a ps.nit for a laundry &orion on the matter was laid over until the next meeting of the Board. be rescinded by the ]Soard.
