Upon motion of Trustee Healy and seconded by Trustee Halston and regularly cs. tried the res~din~ of the minute~.-of the previous meetin-~ ;~*e~e dispensed with. This being the date for the reception of ~.etitions for Sra. ding and pavin~ ~lle~s, it moved by Trustee Healy and seconded by Trustee Halston and regularly carried that the ~etit'ons for gr.sdin~ and ~aVina' alleys be opened.
