In calling the meeting to order the Chairman stated that the object of the meeting was toconsider th
resignation of W.P, Acheson. Roll-call~
Roll call found the following TrmsteesPresen~, to wit;
M.F. Hezly, Geo. H. Wallace and J.H. Kelley.

The reading of the minmtes of the~prewioms meeting were dispensed with.
The resignation of Night watchman W.~, Acheson was then read statin~ he desired to resign as soon as
the Board could conveniently release him.
