This meeting was c~:]]ed to order ~.t S' 0 Cloc~ D.L., by Trustee F.A. Cunnin~ham,who acted as Chairman Protem. in the absence of Trustee J.ii. Xelley. Roll -call Ro]]-c~]] found the fo]lowing Trustees present,to wit; F.A. Cunningham,' .F. Hea~y, G.','~. Holston and Geo. H. Wa]lace. Absent Truste~1 J.H. Kelley. An application to set fores on Butler Road was received from the Pac. Gas & Electric Co. as Der blue print #~84-R attached to the aoDlication. Moved by Trustee Hea~y seconded by Trustee Wallace that the permission be granted. Asst. Postmaster Genersl~.~C. Koons relating to the consolidation of the South ~sn Francis%o ]~ost office with that of San Francisco. The communication w~'~ ordered pltced on file. The reports of City officers for the month of December were then read. The report of the CitT~ Clerk showed the following balances. The re]~,ort of the City Health officer ?ho'~;'ed he had attended ~4 children at the school Dental Dept. L{oved by Trustee Healy ~econdod by Trustee Holston that the reports of City officers received at this meeting be accepted as read. Carried, The following resolution was then introduced by Trustee Cunnin~ham.
