Holston President of I Board, of Trustees. Roll-sail found the following trustees president to wit:AA. J. Esehelbaeh, M. F. N~ley, G. Hollton . Absent Trustee J, H. Kelley.~ The minutes of the previous meeting were ra6d ~:nd upon motion of Trustee F. A. Cumningham seconde~ by Trustee Healy and regularly earried were approved as read. The apptieation of the Pacific Gas & Electric Company to set poles on Commereial ave was r to Trustee Eschelbech with authority to set. The foiling applications for Class "A" Liquor licenses were reeeived at this meeting. A. Loeetelli, Chas. Steurman, A. Ratti, Richard Harder, E. Galli ~ G.H. Wa~laee & C. Madrigali. An, accompanying each of the above applications was s bond in the penal sum of $ 1000.00 for the faith' compliances of 0rdinanee ~ 92 of theCity of'SoUtk San Francisco by the said appliea~ts . And all roep¢oto of the said applicsnts having complied in ail respects with the provisions of Ordinance ~ they were granted a permit for Class "A" Liquor ~iqor.licenses for the term of six months ending · ecember Slat, 1918. by the ±unanimous vote of all trustees preent. A o~mmUnication was received grom the ManufaCturing Assn. protesting against granting a ii License on San BrUno Roadnear Sch~w Batcher Co, PipeWorke. Communication was placed on file. Communication was Rec'd from C. C. Conrad, City Marshal wherein he asked for an inerease i salary of $ 25.00 per month. Moved by trustee Eschelbaeh seconded by Trustee,Cumninghsm that the r be granted begening July let. Motion Carried. Moved by Tmnstee Healy seconded by Trustee Cunningha~ that al~ Dupty Marshals be paid regular fees for making arrests. Motion carried. An applieatio$ for a Pool Room License at ~ 224 Grand Ave. was received from Katkatali, by Trustee Hea~y seconded 'by Trustee Cunnunghsm ~.nd regularly earried, the permit wes granted. An insurance polic~ from the Continental ~ire Ins~ Company was received at th~s meeting a policy on City Fire Truck in the amount of~000.O0. The sam was accepted and placed on file. An application wes received to Conduct a Pool Room at ~ ll3 Grand Ave. was received fron PoFos and Nick Carlos. Upom mo~ion of Trustee Healy seconded by Trustee Sschalbach and regul~rl~~ carried, the license w~s granted. Moved by trustee Healy seconded by Trustee Eschelbach that the City Health 0fficerand Cit~ Attorney be ~uthorized to take necessary steps to make C. L. White Co, Dental Supplies Moved by trustee Haley and seconded by Trustee Cumningham that the above demands be paid and warrants, drawn for the. various amounts . Motion carried.
