This meetin~ was called to order at 8' ident of the Board of Trustees. o clock p.m., by Trustee G .W. H01ston "Pres- Roll-cell Roll call found the following Tr',~stees present, to wit; A.J. Eschelbach, M.F. Hea]y, J.ii.Kelley end G.W. Holston. Absent Trustee F.A. Cunningham The minutes of the previous meeting were read and ~$~$ upon motion of Trustee Ke]le? seconded by Trustee Eschelbach and regularly carried were approved asread. A Co~r~unication wa~- recieved from H.~. Sharp complaining about the condition of part,of Linden Avenue extention at the end of the City limRts . The matter was referred to the Street com~iStee for action The report of the City Fire idcrshal was recie~ed at this meetin~ ,accepted and filed. The following resolution was then introduced by TrBstee Kelley. ~eso]'ve~ b~ the Board of Trustees of the City of ~uth S~n Fr.n¢isco that Andrew Dibble,George Gwin, ._ichael B. Cosgrove,Charles O. Conner,William H. Toohey,,J.G. Boland and Uilliam G. Parsons be, and they hereby are appointed deputy ~Iorshals of s~id City of ~n Francisco to serve without compensgtion. I hereb~ certify that the foregoing resolution w~s regularly introduced and adopted by the Bo~rd of Trustees ofthe City of ~o~th ~an Francisco,this 16th day of ~ept.,19]8. by the following vote; Ayes Trustees, ~$~~~ A.J, ~sche]bach, H.F. S~it City Clerk The City Clerk Was instructed to present ~o ~MesBoard of Supervisors of San Mateo County s demand in the sum of twenty (201 Dollars forthe use of the Fire house and Cit~~ Hall respectively which places were used as polling places on August 27,]918.by theCounty. The CitMw Clerk was also instructed to mention the fact that the City sprink]eing wagon had been ~r~oved from the fire house and left standing on the street. Moved by Trustee Healy seconded by Trustee Kelley theft the Board adjourn until Monday' Oct~er 7, 1918,to meet at #310 Linden Avenue at $ ' o clock P.I~.
