The minutes of the previous meeting were read and upon motion of Trustee Kelley seconded by Trustee Hea~.~ and regularly carried were approved as re~d. The report of the City Recorder showed that tbs sum of seventy five dollars hsd been collected through his office during the mon~ of Sept. 'for which he enclosed check. The re,efts of all City officers received at this meeting were accepted as read and ordered placed on f~le. The following resolution was then introduced byTrustee Eseheibsch.
