RECALL TO ORDER: Chairman Datzman recalled the meeting to order at 11:14 p.m., all Boardmembers were present. Boardmember Penna Left the Meeting: Boardmember Penna left the meeting at 11:15 p.m. due to the FPPC ruling where realtors cannot take part in discussions or a vote on land use matters.
