February 17, 1919. This m~etin¢ was cai]ed to order at 8 o'clock p.m. by Tr'~stee G. W. Holston
President of the Board. Roll call found the folBowing Trustees present ~ wit:
F. A. Cunnin~hsm, A. J. Esche!bach, M. F. Healy, and G. ~'. Ho!ston.
Absent Trustee J. H, Kelley.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and upon ~otion of Trustee Healy seconded
by Trustee Cunningham mad re~]ar!y carried were approved as read.
petition w~s received from the propertyu owners on 0live Avenue between Aspen and
Armour, oetitionin¢ the Board for a sanitary sewer in that district. The action on the petition
was deferred until the next ~eeting.
A comrunic~tion was received from the American Marble and Moasic Co., asking for a refund
for the amount of their delinquent taxes paad to the City . The City Clerk was instructed to
reDlyto Mr Edwards saying that the Board could not make the refund.
A report of a quarrel in the Pool-Room of Toney Bildhauer between the proprietor and A1
Maderas was received from the City Marshal.

The following demands against the city were presented for payment the same having been appr~
by the finance committee.
