Thin,meeting was called to order at 8 0' clock P.M.,by Trustee F.A. Cunningham,who ~, 'act~ as Chairmani~h~'regular~hA~n Trustee G.W. Holston being absent, Roll-caYl Roll-call found the following Trustees,present,to wit; F.A. Cunningham,M.F. He~ly, and J.E. Kelley. Trustee A.J. Eschelbach appeared after roll-call Absent Trustee G.W. Holston. -~ The minutes of the previous meeting were ~ead and~upomn motion of Trustee Kelley second~ by Trustee Healy and regularly carrie~ were approved as read. A.comm~nication wac received'from~The Union 0il Company of California wherein the said company applied for a building permit to construct a fireproSf station on the North 100 feet of lot 26 Blocs 125 Moved by Trustee Cunningham seconde~ by Trustee Eschelbach that the permit be granted Motion carried An application to set poles a~ per blue print ~285 R attached to the application was received 'from the Pac. Gas & Electric Company. Moved by Trustee Eschelbach seconded by Trustee He~ly that the ~ission be granted. Motion csrried Reports of City officers for the month of April were then read, the report of the City Clerk showing the following balances, General ~und 14,710.76 ~ibrary Fund 1,647.74 Sinking Fund ~,410.57 City ~al~ l~und cash 1,935.34 Weed Fund 190.5~ Street Imp. Bonds "A" 299.32 "B" 109.97 "C" 240.19 "D"691.27 The report of the City Treasurer checked with that of the City Clerk the report of the City Recorder showed that the su~. of $115. had been received through his office during the month of April for which he enclosed check. The report of Health officer and the Chief of the fire ~epartment was also received. MOved by Trustee Kelley seconded by Trustee Eschelbach that the reports of all City off~ cers received at this meeting be accepted and filed. Motion carried The following demands ag&inst the City were presented for payment the same having been approved by the finance committee.
