Cunninghem,M.~w~ealy and G.W. Holston. Trustee Eschelbach appeared after rollcall Absent Trustee J.H. Kelley. The minutes o~ ~he previous meeting were read and,upon motion of Trustee Cunningham seconded by Tr~ Healy and regularly carried were approved as read. Resolution Rescindin~ Former Resolution on High School Park Sub. The following resolution was introduced by Trustee Cunningham. A RE~0LUTION VACATING RESOLUTION ADOPTING P~ANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR TEE IMPROYMENT OF HIgH SCH00LPARKSUBDIVISION. Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco that that certain resolution of said Board of Trusteesadopted June 4,191?,for the improvment of portion of Lux Avenue Walnut Avenue,Park Way,Pine Terrace,Spruce Avenue,and High Street,which resolution is recorded in Vol. 3 of Minutes of said Board of Trustees at pag~?~.~.be, and the same ~reby is vacated onl$ so far as said resolution may effect any street imp~Ovment wore to be done hereafter under any stre~ work Act by said Board of Trustees; that said. r~,resolution shall remain in full fores and effect so far as the same may effect the right of all persons who have purchased any lot or lots of land shown upon that certain map entitled "High School Park Addition",#hl~hYma~ Sma ~AXed in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo,California,May 17, 191?,and recorder in Map Book l0 at page 16. RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AN~ SPECIFICATIONS Resolved by the Board of Trustees o~ the City of South San Francisco that the plans and sp~cif~ cations for The improvment of Pine Terrace,from the northerly line of Lux Avenue to the westerly ' line of i~aple Avenue,Park Way from the Westerly l~ne of Maple Avenue to the northwesterly terminatim thereof,Walnut Avenue from the northerly line of Miller Avenue to the Westerly line of Maple Avenue Lux Avenue from the Westerly line of Maple Avenue to the Easterly-line of ~pruce Avenue and ~pruce Avenue from the Northerly line of Miller Avenue to the northerly termination thereof,as prepared by the City Engineer of said City of South San Francisco and submitted this 26th day of May,19~9,be, and the same hereby are adopted as and for the plans and specifications for doing said work. I hereby certify that the goregoing resolution was regularly introduced and a~opted by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco this 26th. day of May, 1919, by the following Vote; Ayes Trustees F.A.
