Holston "President of the Board". Roll-call F.A. Cunningham, ~ l~ee~elbaoh~M,F. Eealy, J.H. Kelley and G.~. Holston. Absent Trustees None. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and upon motion of Trustee Kelley seconded by Trustee Healy and regularly carried were approved as read. A co~munication and statment was received from ~. W. Abbott Attorne~ for the South San Fran- cisco Railroad & Power Companyshowing the gross receipts of the said company for the year send lng April 22, 1.BlS,to be $31,488.01 and t~mputing the amount due the City of South San Fran cisco,under 0r~inance $6~ to be $629.76 The following resolution was then introduced by Trustee Kelley. Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco,that the statement of South San Francisco Hailroad and Power Companyshowing the gross receipts of said company from the operation of its line within the City of South San Francisco,as determined for the period April 2~,1918,to April 21,1~1~ inclusive, which statement is now on file in the office of the City Clerk,be, and the same hereby is accepted. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introdubed and adopted by the Bo~z&rdf Trustees of the City of South San Francisco,by the following vote; yes Trustees ~.A. Cunningham. The following resolution was then ~ntroduced by Trustee Cunningham. ~o. 3~ Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City of S.uth San Francisco that that certain tract of land conveyed to the City of South San Francisco for the purpose efa public highway,by South San Francisco Land and ImproVment Company,a corporation, by deed dated the Zlst. day of March l~l~,a resolution accepting said deed having been adonted by said Board of Trustees on the 21st. day of April.l~l~,and recorded in volume Z of minutes of the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco at page ~47 which deed was recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo,C~lifornia,May 13,1~l~,in volume 2?3 of deeds at page 447 be, and the same hereby is designated as ~wift Avenue. Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San ~rancisco as follows. Section 1.
