Francisco, held Monday June 2, 1919,
This meeting was called to ~rder at 8' o clock p.m., by Trustee GoW. Holston "President of
the Board".

Absent Trustees None.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and upon motion of Trustee Kelley seconded by
Trustee Healy and regularly carried were approved as read.

The aPPlication was laid over until the next meeting of the Board.
A co~munication and statment was received from ~. W. Abbott Attorne~ for the South San Fran-
cisco Railroad & Power Companyshowing the gross receipts of the said company for the year send
lng April 22, 1.BlS,to be $31,488.01 and t~mputing the amount due the City of South San Fran
cisco,under 0r~inance $6~ to be $629.76
The following resolution was then introduced by Trustee Kelley.
Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco,that the statement of
South San Francisco Hailroad and Power Companyshowing the gross receipts of said company from
the operation of its line within the City of South San Francisco,as determined for the period
April 2~,1918,to April 21,1~1~ inclusive, which statement is now on file in the office of the
City Clerk,be, and the same hereby is accepted.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introdubed and adopted by the

land conveyed to the City of South San Francisco for the purpose efa public highway,by South
San Francisco Land and ImproVment Company,a corporation, by deed dated the Zlst. day of March
l~l~,a resolution accepting said deed having been adonted by said Board of Trustees on the 21st.
day of April.l~l~,and recorded in volume Z of minutes of the Board of Trustees of the City of
South San Francisco at page ~47 which deed was recorded in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of San Mateo,C~lifornia,May 13,1~l~,in volume 2?3 of deeds at page 447 be, and the
same hereby is designated as ~wift Avenue.

A RESOLUTION 0~ THE BOARD 0F TRUSTEES OF THE CITY 0F SOUTH SAN ~RANCISCOE~TABLISHING 0~FICIAL
ELEVATIONS ON A PORTION 0~ SWIFT AVENUE IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San ~rancisco as follows.
Section 1. That all official elevations or g~.ades on t~e portion of Swift Avenue hereinafter
mentioned be, and the same hereby are determined,established and described with reference to
mean lower low water,as ascertained by the United Etates Coast and Geodetic Survey at ~ort Point
San ~ranclsco,San Francisco,California,and hereinafter described as the City Base;
That the official elevations or grades on said avenue are hereby determined and declared
to be above said CiSy Base and that said official elevations or grades and thei~ several points
of location be,and the same hereby are established along the center line of Swift Avenue as foll~
At a point ~790 feet easterly from the intersection of the center line of Grand Avenue
and the center line of Swift Avenue ,16.6feet; at a point AAA0 feet easterly from said intersect~

shall be fixed at the time said Swift Avenue is improved and shall depen~ upon the material used
for paving.

of the protest against the street work described in resolution of intention No.33be, and the
same hereby is continued from the second ~da~ of June 1919,to the 16th day of June 1919,at the
hour of eight o clock p.m.

at this meeting be accepted and filed.
