Modday July 14th. 1919.
This meeting was clled to order at 8 o' clock ~. M. be Trustee Holst on, Presidebt of
the Boe_rd.
Roll call found the following Trustees prement to wit:
Trustee M. F. Haley
Trustee Kelley
Trustee G. N. H01$ton
Absent Trustee A. J. Eschelsback, Trustee Cunningham

and seconded by Tf'ustee Haley and regularly carried were approved as read.

was received aS thAs meeting, pet~ the Board of Trustees to make inquiries regarding S~Irplus
provisions held by the U. S. Government and which was reported in the daily papers being for sale in
carload lots to municipalities.
~he City Clerk was instructed to address a commun&cation to ~he Quarter Master
department of the W. S. Army in San Francisco to learm full particulars and to turn the~applyi'n?~r
to the P resident of the Board as soon as possible.
The following demands against the city were presented for payment. The same having
been approved by the finiance committee.
Rent of Fraternal Hall $ 10.00
~. J. Smith Box ren& and postage stampe 2.40
Moved b$ Trustee Ealey and seconded by Trustee Kelley that the above demands be paid
an~ w~rrants drawn for the various amounts. Motion carried.
July 21st, 1919.
Moved by Trustee Haley seconded,by Trustee Kelley that the Board adjourn until Monday
TO Meet at 310 Linden ave. at 8 o'clock P.M. Motion aarried .
