This ~eeting was ca~led to order at 8' 0 clock p.m., by Trustee G.W. HoUston "President of the Board". Roll-call Rollcal~ found the fo~owing Trustees,P~esent,to-wit; F.A. Cunning}ham, ~i.F. Healy,and G.W. Holston. Trustees Eschelbach ~nd Kelley ~ppeared after rollcall Absent Trustees M ~,one. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and upon motion of Trustee C~?nningham seconded by Trustee Hesly and regularly carried were approved as read. An application to set poles as per blue print ~299 R attached to application was received from the Pac. LLotion carried ~n application to hold a boxing con,;est in ~1etro¥o~itan Hell on July 29,]9!9, was received fron~ Jess l~ionize. The City Clerk was instructed to com~unicate with the United Railroads of ~an Francisco ~Bes~in~ -against the running of cars with fl~t wheels. ~ The City Clerk was instructed to com~unicate with the gpring V~!ley U~ter Company and ask them to fix ~ortion of payment on san Bruno Road which has sagged on account of impropper filling at the time their company laid water mains in that particular place. liovedby Urustee Healy seconded by Trustee Xelley that the Board adjourn until Tuesday, July22, 1919,to meet at ~3lO ~inden Avenue at 8' 0 clock p.~.
