Hegularly Adjourned l~eeting of the Board of Tru'stees o~ the City of
South~San Francisco,held Tuesday,July22,1919.
?is meeting was called to order at 8' 0 clock p.m., by Trustee G.W. Holston "President of the
Board".
Roll-call
R011 call found the following Trustees present to-wit;
P.A. Cunningham,M,F. Healy, and G.W. Holston.
'£rustees Eschelbach and Xelle~ appeared after rollcall.
Absent Trustees none.
The reception of bids for street work being the only business of this meeting,it was moved by
Trustee CUnningham, seconded by Trustee Healy that bids for the improvment of certain streets
under Droceedings ~33 of the City of South San Francisco,be opened.
Motion carried
Bids~"f~lm ~h~ following firms were then opened and read.
Blanchard Crocker & Howell, Fay Improvment Company, Raisch Improvment ComPany ~nd~Federal Con-
strue tion Company.
The bids were filed as part of Street proceedings ~33 after a copy of the figures hsd been sub-
mitted to the City ~ngineer for figuring the lowest bidder.

if~ of high school park subdivision under street proceedings number 34 of the City of South
San Francisco,be opened.
Motion carried
The following bids were then opened and read.

The matter of awarding the contracts for the both Jobs was postponed until Wednesday July,23,
1919,at ll'Z0
Moved by Trustee Healy seconded by Trustee Cunningham that the Board adjourn until Wednesday
July,23,1919,to meet at #310 Linden ~venue at~'~tO clock p.m.
