Roll-call
Roll call found the following Trustees ~pre~ent,to-wit;
~.A. Cunningham, A.J.~ Eschelbach, ~.F. Healy and ~.W. Holeton
Absent Trustee M.F. Healy.
City Clerk William j. Smith being absent it was moved by Trustee Kelley seconded by Trustee Cunningham
that Trustee A.J. Eschelbach act as Clerk Protem.
Motion carried
The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting were dispensed with.
