CALL TO ORDER: 7:05 pm
ROLL CALL:
Present: Boardmembers Fernekes and Mullin, Vice Chair Matsumoto
and Chairman Datzman
Absent: Boardmember Penna*
(*Boardmember Penna was absent due to an illness.)
AGENDA REVIEW: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
1. Motion to approve minutes of January 13, 1999.
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of February 10, 1999 in the amount of
$188,262.15
Boardmember Mullin stated that he will make the motion to approve the consent
calendar with the proviso that corrections be made to the minutes that he has
noted on his copy and will submit to the Clerk.
Motion-Mullin/Second-Fernekes: To approve the Consent Calendar as presented
with noted corrections to be made to the January 13, 1999 minutes. Unanimously
approved by voice vote.
ADJOURNMENT:
Motion-Fernekes/Second-Matsumoto: To adjourn the Redevelopment Agency meeting at
7:07 pm to February 24, 1999. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
