This meeting was called to order at 8' 0 clock p.m. ,by Trustee G.W. Holston"President of~ the Board". Roll~ Call Rollcall found the following Trustees present,to wit; F.A. Cunningh~,~,~ He~.~E~ Kelley and G.~~. Holston. Trustee Eschelbsch appeared after rollqall The minutes o~ the previous meeting were read and upon mo$ion of Tru~stee Eelley seconded by Trus~e Eschelbach and regularly carried were arproved as read. The reports o~ City officers for the month of November were then read. The report o~ the City Cler~ showed the following balances. General Fund ~18,0~9.86 Library Fund $1,?~9.1S~S~nking Fund $Z~28.4~ City Ha~l Fund Cash $96~.Z4 Secureties $1998 Wee d Fund $104.~ 1919 Imp. Bbnds Fund ~7,67§.86 ~troet Imp Bonds Serie "A" 2~2.90 Series "B" ~79.62 Series "C"$246.6~ Series "D $1006.90 ~eries "E" 17.06 The re~ort of the City Treasurer was also received. The report of the City Recorder was received a~d showed that the sum of ~B0.oo had been received through his office during the month of Novemb~ fo~ which he enclosed check. The report~ of the ~ealth officer, City i~arshal and Chief of the Fire Department were also receiv~ ~:oved by Trustee Cunningham seconde~ by Trustee Eschelbach that the reports of all City officers received ~t this meeting be accepted and ~iled. Hotion carried A communication was received from the Schaw Batcher Company asking that following men be appointed as Deputy Harshals ~.E. Day U, Bracken, T.J. Tiernan, R.D. Jones, F.A. Cooke, and L.C. Fleming. The following resolution of appointment was introduced by Trustee Healy. Eeso~ve~ by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco, that B.E. Day,W.Brachen, T.J. Tiernan,R.D. Jones,£.~. Cooke, and ~.C. F~eming be,and they hereby are appointed Deputy Marsh~ of the City of South San Francisco,to serve without compensation. I hereby certify that the £oregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the Boa~d of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco,this lat. day of December,1919,by the following vote; Ayes Trustees F.A.
