This meeting was called to order at 8 0' clock p.m.,by Trustee G.W. Holston "President of the Board". R~ll call Rollca]l found the following Trustees present,to-wit; F.A, Cunningham,A.J. Eschelbach, and G,W. Holston. Absent Trustees Healy and Kelley. The minutes o~ the previous meetin~ were read and ut~on motion of Trustee Cunningham seconded by TrusteeEschelbach that the m~r~e~,~0f the previous be accepted as read. I~otion carried The offer of Supervisor Hickey to roll free of charge a portion of San Bruno Road within the corporate limits of ~outk ~sn Fr~,ncisco,providing the City purchased the rock for the construction of a shoulder on the side of the said road,was brought to the attention of the Board of Trustees by Trustee CunK.ingham and was referred to the Street Comnittee for action. The following resolution was introduced by Trustee Eschelbach. RESOLUTION ADOPTI~iG PLANS AND SPECIFiC;TIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A CITY H3~LL 5esolvea by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco,that the plans and specifi- cations for the construction of a City Hall in the City of South San Francisco,which plans and specifications were submitte~ by Werner and Coffey,architects,on the 29th. day of December,1919 b~ and the the same hereby are adopted as and for the plans and specifications for doing said work.
