The meeting was called to order at 8.10 O'clock P.~,~. by G.W.Holston, President of the BOard. ROLL CALL. Roll call found all Trustees present, to-wit;- F.;.Cunningham, A.J.Eschelbach, L.G.Hsrdy Jr.,.H.~cam~ini, G.,~.w ~o~ston. The minutes of the previous meetin~ were read and u~on motion of Trustee Cunn~n.hom seconded by Tr~.stee ~rdy and regularly carried were approved. ~ communication was received from ,.J ~ava~e, ~ec of El ~orado parlor, N.S G.W , , California, asking ~ermission of the Bo~rd to hold a dance in Fraternal Hall, on the e~ening of December the llth., next. ~.oved by Trustee Eschelbach seconded by Trustee Cnnningham that the request be granted. Carried. The reports of the City Nurse and the ~ity Treas~rer for the month of October were read ahd accepted. 0n recommendation of -rustee ~unningh~;m Celeste Cappe]ini was allowed a refund of ?11.76 on his tax bill. Dr. ~.C ~".cGovern appeared before the Board with ~ pro~osition to hold a festiw~l, dance and New Yea~ ce!ebr~t~on the coming New ~e~:r,~ to be participated in b-~-,.,, the various ~.cdges,_ clubs, City Trustees and the general public, the proceeds to be devoted to beautifying the City :~sll gro~mds. The pro?osition was well received by the Trustees , and will be brought up st a future meeting. There being no further business before the 3o~rd Trustee Cunningham moved to adjourn till Wednesday, November the l?th~at 4 p.m. liotion seconded by Trustee ~csmpini and regularly carried.
