CALL TO ORDER: 7:02 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Present: Boardmembers Femekes, Mullin and Penna, Vice Chair
Matsumoto and Chairman Datzman
Absent: None.
AGENDA REVIEW No change.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Motion to Approve Minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 14, 1999
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of April 28, 1999 in the amount of $465,962.06
Motion-Mullin/Second-Femekes: To approve the consent calendar as presented. Unanimously
approved by voice vote.
CLOSED SESSION
3. Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 Real Property
Negotiations Related to 1600 E1 Camino Real - Negotiating parties: Costco and Robert
Beyer.
Entered into Closed Session at 7:05 p.m.
Reconvened into Open Session at 7:31 p.m. All Councilmembers present.
Mayor Datzman announced that direction was given and no action was taken.

p.m. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
