CALL TO ORDER: 6:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Boardmembers Femekes, Mullin and Penna, Vice Chair
Matsumoto and Chairman Datzman.
Absent: None
ORAL COMMUNICATION: None
CLOSED SESSION
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, Real Property Negotiations Related to (1) 1600
E1 Camino Real - Negotiating Parties: South San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and Costco;
and (2) City of South San Francisco/San Mateo County Harbor District property located at
southeast comer of Gull Road and Oyster Point Boulevard (proposed Hilton Hotel site) -
Negotiating Parties: City of South San Francisco and Corporex
Entered into Closed Session at 6:02 p.m.
Reconvened into Open Session at 7:01 p.m.
Chairman Datzman announced that no action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion-Mullin/Second-Femekes: To adjourn the Redevelopment Agency/City Council Special
meeting at 7:01 p.m. Unanimously approved by voice vote.

AGENDA REVIEW: No changes
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Motion to Approve Minutes of the April 28, 1999 Regular Meeting
2. Motion to Confirm Expense Claims of May 12, 1999 in the amount of $117,747.31
Motion-Penna/Second-Matsumoto: To approve the Consent Calendar as presented.
Unanimously approved by voice vote.
CLOSED SESSION
3. Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 Real Property
Negotiations Related to 1600 E1 Camino Real - Negotiating Parties: Costco and Robert
Beyer; and Real Property Negotiations Related to 905 Linden Avenue - Negotiating
Parties: Jose Montes and City of South San Francisco Redevelopment Agency
Entered into Closed Session at 7:05 p.m.
Reconvened into Open Session at 7:33 p.m., all Boardmembers present, and Chairman Datzman
announced that the Closed Session would recess until after the Regular City Council meeting.
(Recessed 7:33 p.m. - 11:20 p.m.)
Chairman Datzman announced that the Board would not reconvene into Closed Session, and no
action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion-Fernekes/Second-Penna: To adjourn the Redevelopment Agency meeting at 11:20 p.m.
