REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO REGULAR MEETING JUNE 23, 1999 MUNICIPAL SERVICES BUILDING COMMUNITY ROOM 33 ARROYO DRIVE CALL TO ORDER: ?:01 p.m. (Cassette Tape No. 1) ROLL CALL Present: Boardmembcrs Femekes, Mullin and Penna, Vice Chair Matsumoto and Chairman Datzman. Absent: None. AGENDA REVIEW: Executive Director Wilson requested that the first Closed Session item, 905 Linden Avenue, be removed. CONSENT CALENDAR 1. Motion to Approve Minutes of the June 9, 1999 Regular Meeting 2. Motion to Confirm Expense Claims of June 23, 1999 in the amount of $33,996.40 Motion-Mullin/Second-Femekes: To approve the Consent Calendar as presented. Unanimously approved by voice vote. PUBLIC HEARING 3. Resolution Authorizing a Disposition and Development Agreement Between the Redevelopment Agency and Britannia Development, Inc. for Harbor Way Motion to continue to July 14, 1999 Regular Meeting Chairman Datzman announced that the Public Hearing was opened and that testimony will be deferred to the July 14, 1999 meeting. CLOSED SESSION 4. Closed Session: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, real property negotiations related to 905 Linden Avenue. Negotiating parties: Jose Montes and South San Francisco Redevelopment Agency; (Item removed from agenda) Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, Real Property Negotiations related to 208 East Grand, 169 Harbor Way and 185 Harbor Way. Negotiating parties: Britannia Point Grande and South San Francisco Redevelopment Agency; Boardmember Penna announced that he would not be participating in the Closed Session in accordance with FPPC regulations. Entered into Closed Session: 7:08 p.m. Reconvened into Open Session: 7:30 p.m. All Boardmembers present. Chairman Datzman announced that direction was given, no action taken and that the third Closed Session item, Costco, will be conducted at the end of the City Council meeting. (Recess: 7:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.) Closed Session, Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 Real Property Negotiations Related to 1600 E1 Camino Real - Negotiating Parties: Costco and South San Francisco Redevelopment Agency Entered into Closed Session: 11:00 p.m. Reconvened into Open Session: 11:55 p.m. Chairman Datzman announced direction given and no action taken.
