CALL TO ORDER: (Cassette Tape No. 1)
ROLL CALL Present: Boardmembers Femekes and Mullin
Vice Chair Matsumoto and Chairman Datzman.
Absent: Councilman Penna (on vacation, out of state)
AGENDA REVIEW: No changes.
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Motion to Approve Minutes of the August 11, 1999 Regular Meeting
2. Motion to Confirm Expense Claims of September 8, 1999 in the Amount of $45,441.75
Mayor Datzman requested Item No. 1 be pulled for discussion.
Motion-Fernekes/Second-Matsumoto: To approve Item No. 2. Approved by voice vote.
With regard to Item No. 1, Minutes of the August 11, 1999 meeting, Mayor Datzman
referenced Page 3, Paragraph 1, and requested that language be included to indicate that
Boardmember Penna's comments were only his estimation. He suggested that the
minutes be continued and Boardmember Penna be advised of the proposed revision.
Counsel Mattas requested that the entire discussion between Boardmembers Penna and
Mullin be included verbatim.
