The meeting was called to order at ?;~0 o'clock p. m. by Trustee G.W.Holston, President of the Board. ROLL CALL. Roll call found the following Trustees present,to-wit;- Trustees, ~.A.Cunningham, A.J.Eschelbach,J.W.Pitt, and G.W.Holston. Absent, Trustees, H.Scampini. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and upon motion by Trustee Cunningham.sec¢ by Trustee Eschelbach and regularly carried were approved as read. An application for a soft drink license, accompanied by a bond, was received from A Mars 2Z8 Cali£ornia Ave., ~nd granted by the following vote,- Ayes, Trustees, F.A.Cunningham,A.J.Eschelbach,J.W.Pitt, G.W.Holston. Noes, Trustees, None. Absent, Trustees, H.Scampini. The Pacific Gas & Electric Company made application to set two poles on Eucalyptus Aven~ and one in the Alley between Aspen and Pine, near Cypress Avenue, to supply consumers. Referred ~ the street committee. Iader Barlettani ma~e request for the refund of $10.59 taxes on his property, parts of ~ Z and 4, block 122, on account of service in the army. A RESOLUTION OF TM~ BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TEE CITY OF SOOTH SAN FRAJ~CiSC0 REC0~END~ ING TEE~ND~U~.~T OF SECTIONS 1,~ A~D ~ OF ORDINANCE NO. ll?. Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the C~ty of South San Francisco that said board he recommends that Sections 1, 2 and 3 of Ordinance No. 117 entitled "$n ordinance establishing res business and industrial districts or zones in the City of South San Francisco", passed and adopts the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Frahcisco on the 19th day of June, 1922, be amends that said sections shall, as amended, read as follows: Section 1. Be it further resolved that said Board of Trustees hereby makes its tentative report of said recommendations. Said Board of Trustees hereby fixes Monday, the 3rd day of December, 1923, at the hour of ?$S0 o'clock p.m., and the council chamber of said board in the City Hall of said city as the time and place when and where all persons particularly interested, and the general public may have an opportunity to be heard with referense to the proposed amendments of said Ordinance No. 117 and the boundaries of the districts therein described. The City $1erk is hereby directed to give notice of said hearing by publishing notice there- of by one insertion in "The Enterprise",a weekly newspaper published and circulated in said City of South San Francisco, -,-,-,-,-,-,-,-,-,-,-,-,- I hereby certify that the foregoing ~esolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the Bo~ of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco this 26th day of November, 1923, by the follow- ing vote: Ayes, Trustees,~, F. The motion was seconded by Trustee Eschelbach and regularly carried. There being no further business before the Board Trustee Pitt moved to adjourn until the next regular meeting, Monday, December ~rd,192Z.
