A s~ecial meeting of the Board of Trustees of tile City of South San Francisco was held
in the Oity hall Monday evening July I{}th,1925.

board.

~resident Mci:ellis appoinzea a committee of three to outline a letter to property owners
auggesting they install ~ide se;.ers in 'the alley of their property before the paving of the alleys
