The minutes of the ~-revious meeting were read, and there beim~ no errors or omisf~ions Were ~ read. A communication vas received from Andy 2oren~on asking for ~. permit to construct a g~r~,ge 10W in dimensions on th8 alley of ~ot g2 block125 nat~ of South San Francisco P~rmit granted A comrumication was received from J.Ringue s~,king permission to hold a d~:nce mutil 12 ~ ~ erm~, ion granted.. May 15th. ~ '~' ..... The Rosebuds, a newly formed organizzation, made application for a peri,it to hold a d~nce on Saturday evening Lay 22nd until 1 o'c].ook ar~. Pert:itt granted. The local Woodmen of the World Lopez Benefit Comr:ittee, per Chairman Thomas A]!en, made apr. licstion for a permit to hold an entertainment and dance in Praterna! tiatl 0n Saturday even' J~e 5th next, the same to continue until 2 ~.m. ~'er~,~t granted. A co~unicstion was received from the h~estern Pipe and steel Works, The Edwards Wire Works ami the Pacific 0~r smd ~..u~..ment Oorapsny requestine permission to repair ·Butler Road from San Br,~o to the east line of the Western Pipe and St~el Co~:~p~y'~ property, agreeing to put the same in fair good condition st their· own expense under the supervision of :ne street co~.=:ittee.
