The minutes of the previous meeting were read and there being no errors or omissicns w~re

of the board by Attorney Davis, r<?resenting the applicant. The al,plication having been r~ferred
to the City lk~rsha] at the pr~vi0u~ meeting he zeported no recommendation. The license afplication

This being the date ret for tLe hearing on the issuance of bon,~ for the ffra~din~, paving of
Braden Avenue, Prea~ident Cunningham ~ed if there were anlf ] er~on~~ preseni who:wish6~ to object
to the issuance off the bond~ or any w'ritton i.~rote~ta~ again~:~t tho same. Hearing none Trustee
I,[inucciani accordingly introduced a reaolution ]~roviding for the i~uance of the street improvement
bonds, yrescribing the denm~inations of the bond~ and zhe interest aou?on~: a. ttached.

comin~ u~ in the near future. The matter was rcferr~ to the purchasind~ committee.
The a-plicaticn of Jo:eph Bildhauer, city policeman on leave of ab~ence, for re-instatement
