1. Motion to approve the minutes of the January 26, 2000 regular meeting
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of February 9, 2000 in the amount of $60,124.49
3. Receive and file year end 1998-99 Redevelopment Agency Financial Statements and
State Redevelopment Report
4. Motion to approve a one-year extension for approval of Homestead Village, a 112-room
extended stay hotel, at 550 Gateway Boulevard, in the Gateway Specific Plan District
