A regularly adjgurnedmeoting of the Board of Trustees of the City of Sou%h San ~'rancisco was held in
the City Hall ~,~on~ay evening, July 25th,1927.
The meeting was called to order at 7;S0 o'clock p.m. by Trustable A. J.Eselchbach, President o
of the Board of Trust~es.
ROLL CALL.
Roll call found the following . members present: to-~it;-
Trustees, Lloyd, Minucciani, Tib:;etts, Eschelbach.
Absent, Trustee, Hynding.
The minutes of the ..revious mee'ting were read, and there beinz no errors or omissions were
approved as read.
A communication was received from J.A.Davis, s~mitting an application for the position bf
City Firemen. As there w~:s no vacahcy of this kind the application was ordered filed.
City Attorney J.W.Coleberd, stating that the name of the legislative body of cities of ~he ~
and sixth classes had been changed, by the recent 8tare Zegislature from Board of Trustees to City Coun
advised that no further cction be taken in th ms:.tter ofthe sable of th~: ~40.000 bonds just authorized
until the city lawmaking body sits as a Board of Councilmen.
The term of Fred Brown, city street sweeper for the period ending June 50, having e::pired,
Chairman Rod Tibbetts of the Street Committee was empowered to employ help enough ~o keep the city stre
clean.
On inquiry by the City ~lerk the salary of the City Gardener was palced at ~125 per month at
%he commencement.
