Motion to approve minutes of the April 12, 2000 meeting 2. Motion to confirm expense claims of April 26, 2000 in the amount of $365, 789 Motion-Datzman/Second-Fernekes: To approve the Consent Calendar as presented. Approved by voice vote. Absent: Boardmember Penna PUBLIC HEARING ~ 3. Receive public comments regarding the non-housing component of the Implementation Plan and adopt resolution approving a five-year implementation plan for the city's four redevelopment project areas Public hearing opened. Staff report presented by Redevelopment Project Manager Beyer. Public hearing closed. Boardmember Mullin asked for clarification on the inclusion of Willow Gardens and exclusion of School District properties in the amended E1 Camino Corridor Project Area, strategy for a day care facility in the Gateway Project Area, and tax increment projections for the Gateway Project Area. Mayor Matsumoto complimented staff on the report and commented on efforts to include funding for a public market, and day care facilities in three of the four project areas. Motion-Datzman/Second-Fernekes: Resolution No. 8-2000 approving the five-year implementation plan for the City's four redevelopment project areas. Approved by voice vote. Absent: Eloardmember Penna.
