CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, HELD THURSDAY,
MARCH 15TH, 1928.
A regularly adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco was held
in the City Hall Thursday morning, Earch 15th,1928.
This meeting was called to order at ll.15 o'clock A.M. by councilman A.J.Eschelbach, Mayor of
South San Francisco.
ROLL CALL.
Roll call found all members of the council present, to-~iT;-
Councilmen, A.Hynding, R.Lloyd, ~.~inucciani, R.Tibbetts, A.J.Eschelbach.
The reading of the minutes of the pre~ious meeting w~s dispensed with.
~ayor Eso~elb~ch~,~d~ that the m~tter of ~ proposed raise in the salary of Ci~y Councilmen
would be. con~de~ed~.Acc~rdingly Councilman ~inucciani introduced the following resolution;-
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that ther~ shall be submitted,
and hereby is submitted to the qualified electors of the City of South Jan Francisco, at the general
election to be held in s~id City of South San Francisco on the 9th day of April, 1928, the propositio~
and question of increasing the compensation of e~ch councilman of s~id city from the stun of Fifteen
Dollars, 1515.00) per month to the s~ of Thirty Dollars ($~0.00) per month.
The City Clerk of said city is horeby directed to cause said proposition to be inserted in the
notice of ele~tio~ to be given, as provided by law and to cause s~id proposition to be placed upon th
ballot to be used at said general election.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this l~th day of Earch, 1928, by the following vote
Ayes, Councilmen,~ndrew Hynding, Reese Lloyd, Eichael ~inucciani, Roderick Tibbetts, A.J.Esche
Noes, Councilmen,None.
Absent, Councilmen, None.
