ROLL CALL Present: Boardmembers Gonzalez, Matsumoto and Penna,
Vice Chair Mullin and Chairman Fernekes
Absent: None.
AGENDA REVIEW No changes
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Motion to approve the minutes of the December 13, 2000 regular meeting
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of January 10, 2001 in the amount of $28,076.39
Motion-Mullin/Second-Penna: To approve the Consent Calendar as presented.
Unanimously approved by voice vote.
CLOSED SESSION
3. Closed Session items:
a) Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 real property negotiations related
to 200 and 216 Linden Avenue; Negotiating party: Agency Assistant Director
Van Duyn
b) Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 real property negotiations related
to 201 Baden Avenue; Negotiating party: Agency Assistant Director Van Duyn
c) Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 real property negotiations related
to 200-214 Airport Boulevard; Negotiating party: Agency Assistant Director Van
Duyn
Boardmember Penna announced he was not participating in the discussion regarding
Closed Session Item 3c, as he represents one of the property owners.
Entered into Closed Session: 7:05 p.m.
Recessed: 7:31 p.m- 10:11 p.m.*

Report from Closed Session: Direction given/no action taken on all items
*Agency Counsel Mattas announced that the Closed Session had recessed at 7:31 p.m.
