CONSENT CALENDAR 1. Motion to approve the minutes of the January 10, 2001 2. Motion to confirm expense claims of January 24, 2001in the amount of $4,525.31 Motion-Gonzalez/Second-Matsumoto: To approve the Consent Calendar as presented. Approved by voice vote. Absent: Boardmember Penna and Vice Chair Mullin. PUBLIC HEARING 3. Consideration of Parcel Map, PM-00-063, to re-subdivide a 22.2 acre site into four reconfigured lots and to create cross utility, parking and circulation easements across the parcels, located at 1100-1190 Veterans Boulevard in the Bay West Cove Specific Plan District; Owner: Slough BTC, LLC; Applicant: Freyer & Laureta Public hearing opened. Staff report presented by Agency Assistant Director Van Duyn. Public hearing closed. Boardmember Matsumoto stated her questions were clarified prior to the meeting and she was satisfied with the application. Boardmember Gonzalez verified there were no changes to the design or conditions of approval and Director Van Duyn corroborated this information. Motion-Matsumoto/Second-Gonzalez: To approve Tentative Parcel Map PM-00-063 based on the findings and subject to the conditions of approval. Approved by voice vote. Absent: Boardmember Penna and Vice Chair Mullin. ADJOURNMENT Motion-Gonzalez/Second-Matsumoto: To adjourn the meeting at 7:07 p.m. Approved by voice vote.
