ROLL CALL Present: Boardmembers Gonzalez, Matsumoto and Penna,
Vice Chair Mullin and Chair Fernekes
Absent: None
AGENDA REVIEW No changes
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Motion to approve the minutes of the April 11,2001 meeting
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of April 25, 2001 in the amount of $962,998.49
Vice Chair Mullin requested Item No. 1 be pulled from the Consent Calendar.
Motion-Mullin/Second-Penna: To approve Consent Calendar Item No. 1. Unanimously
approved by voice vote.
Consent Calendar Item No. 2: Vice Chair Mullin asked for clarification on the $500,000
disbursement for the Gateway RDA Bond Deposit and Finance Director Steele responded
that it is a surplus tax increment being transferred into a bond retirement account (interest
bearing account) that is done on a semi-annual bases for early retirement.
Motion-Mullin/Second-Gonzalez: To confirm expense claims of April 25, 2001 in the
amount of $962,998.49. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
