HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 132-2014 RESOLUTION NO. 132-2014 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BRITANNIA COVE AT OYSTER POINT PARCEL MAP (PM 12-0002); AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE MAP AND RELATED DOCUMENTS; AND ACCEPTING VARIOUS EASEMENTS. WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of the Britannia Cove at Oyster Point Parcel Map (PM12-0002) ("Parcel Map"), authorization of the recordation of the Parcel Map and related documents and acceptance of the various easements; and WHEREAS, the various easements serving the development include sanitary sewer, storm drain, public utilities, public access, emergency vehicle access and a 12' wide walkway access trail and bike path easements, which are being offered for dedication for public use; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer and City's technical reviewer, with the concurrence of all affected City Departments, have determined that the Britannia Cove at Oyster Point Parcel Map (PM 12-0002), on-site improvements, landscaping drawings, utility drawings, and all related documents and plans are in compliance with the Subdivision Map act and the City's Subdivision Ordinance for said development. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco hereby: 1. Approves the Britannia Cove at Oyster Point Parcel Map (PM 12-0002). 2. Authorizes the City Clerk to record the Parcel Map and all related documents. 3. Accepts the dedication of the sanitary sewer, storm drain, public utilities, public access, emergency vehicle access and a 12' wide walkway access trail and bike path easements for public use. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 10th day of December, 2014 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Pradeep Gupta, Karyl Matsumoto and Liza Normandy Vice Mayor Mark N.
