Vice Chair Mullin and Chairman Fernekes
Absent: None.
AGENDA REVIEW No changes
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Motion to approve the minutes of the May 23 regular meeting
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of June 13, 2001 in the amount of $201,510.00
Motion-Mullin/Second-Gonzalez: To approve the Consent Calendar as submitted.
Unanimously approved by voice vote.
CLOSED SESSION
3. Closed Session items: a) Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a): Conference
with Legal Counsel Existing Litigation: South San Francisco Redevelopment Agency v.
Rizzetto; and b) Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 real property
negotiations related to 200-214 Airport Boulevard; Negotiating party: Agency Assistant
Director Van Duyn
Entered into Closed Session: 7:04 p.m.; Boardmember Penna stated that he was
not participating in the discussion on Item 3b due to
a conflict.
Reconvened into Open Session: 7:30, all Councilmembers present.
Report from Closed Session: City Attorney Mattas reported direction given/no
action taken.
