CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Motion to approve the minutes of the October 10, 2001 regular meeting
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of October 24, 2001 in the amount of $11,687.93
PUBLIC HEARINGS
3. Consideration of Precise Plan (PP-01-077) for a Master Sign Program for a twenty acre
mixed use development at 101-195 Oyster Point Boulevard; Applicant: Hines Oyster
Point, LLC
Public hearing opened.
Staff report and visual presentation given by Principal Planner Kalkin.
Public hearing closed.
Boardmembers stated their support for the proposed sign program.
Motion-Penna/Second-Mullin: To approve Precise Plan PP-01-077 based on the
findings and subject to the conditions of approval. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
ADJOURNMENT

voice vote.
