CONSENT CALENDAR
Motion to approve the minutes of the February 27, 2002 regular meeting
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of March 13, 2002 in the amount of $7,070.81
Motion-Fernekes/Second-Green: To approve the Consent Calendar as submitted.
Approved by voice vote. Absent: Chairman Mullin.
CLOSED SESSION
3. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, real property negotiations related to 26
South Linden, 118 and 130 South Spruce Avenue; Negotiating party: Redevelopment
Agency Assistant Director Van Duyn
Entered into Closed Session: 7:03 p.m.
Reconvened into Open Session: 7:18 p.m., Boardmembers Fernekes, Green and
Matsumoto and Vice Chairman Gonzalez present.
Report from Closed Session: Vice-Chairman Gonzalez reported direction given
no action taken.
