CALL TO ORDER 7:02 p.m. (Cassette Tape No. 1)
ROLL CALL Present: Boardmembers Fernekes, Green, and Matsumoto,
Vice Chairman Gonzalez and Chairman Mullin.
Absent: None.
AGENDA REVIEW No changes.
PUBLIC COMMENTS None.
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Motion to approve the minutes of the March 27, 2002 regular meeting
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of April 10, 2002 in the amount of $537,166.37
Chairman Mullin requested Item No. 2 be pulled from the Consent Calendar.
Motion-Fernekes/Second-Gonzalez: To approve Consent Calendar Item No. 1. Unanimously
approved by voice vote.
Consent Calendar Item No. 2: Chairman Mullin questioned payment to MBIA Muniservices Co., for
property tax audit services. Finance Director Steel responded that the company performed an
audit of the County's tax roles and found misallocations that the Agency was not receiving. A
percentage of the recovered revenue is being paid to MBIA.
Motion-Fernekes/Second-Green: To confirm expense claims of April 10, 2002 in the amount of
$537,166.37. Unanimously approved by voice vote.

Motion-Gonzalez/Second-Fernekes: To adjourn the meeting at 7:06 p.m. Unanimously approved by
voice vote.
