CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO.
024-N WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE 2014
JUNIPERO SERRA BOULEVARD AND KING DRIVE
INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco ("City")is eligible to receive federal funding
for reimbursement in the amount of $125,800 for design services under Program Supplement
Agreement No. 024-N through the State of California Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, the program supplemental agreement must be executed with the State of
California Department of Transportation before any such federal funds can be obtained; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to delegate authorization to execute the agreements and any
amendments with the California Department of Transportation to the City Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby approves Program Supplemental Agreement No. 024-N
between the City and the California Department of Transportation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute Program Supplemental Agreement No. 024-N on
behalf of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, subject to approval as to form by the
City Attorney.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 28th day of January,
2015 by the following vote:

Vice Mayor Mark N. Addiego and Mayor Richard A. Garbarino
