A regularly adjourned meetin~ of the city council of the City of South San ~'rancisco was held in the City hall Tuesday, February 4,1941. This meetin~ was calle5 to order at 3 o'clock p.m. hy Mayor George W.Holston. ROLL CALL. Roll call fox, nd all members of the council present, as follows;- Councilmen,V.Boido,GeorFe W.Holston,Reese Lloyd, D.W.Ratto,Rod Tfbbetts, The readin~ of t~e ~in~:tes of the previous meeting was dispensed with. City Attorney Coleberd was ready ~ith a resolution of acceptsnce of the work of buil~ lng an addition to the o~blic library. Councilman Boido asked if thare was anything that .could be done to perfect the library roof. Councilman Ratto stated there was still water on th~re was no telling ~ow long the water might re~"a!n and there might be a leak at any time', and would not accept the construction. Councilman Lloyd stated none of the city councilmen were experts on roof work, it mi~:t be well to let the contractor bring suit,, when experts would be aalle~ in to give an o~inion. Contractor ~erson offered to bring in experts from the Manufacturers of roofin~ and roofing e~gineers. Tb'fs was satisfactory to the city counct and adjournment was taken till T~rsday, Febrnary 6, 1941,at 3 o'clock P.~., the Council ing to accept the decision of the experts to be called in. The motion to adjourn was made ' Councilman Boido, eeconded by Councilman Tibbetts and regularly carried. Time of adjournment, 3;o, 0 o'clock P.~,~.
