In. the absence of Mayor Holston CounciLman Ratto was selected Mayor pro tern, ~nd called
the meet&ng to order at ? o'clock P.M.
ROLL CALL.
Roll call found the following members of the council present, as follows;-
Coancilmen,V.Boido, Reese Lloyd, .D.W-Ratto, Rod Tibbetts.
~ Absent, Councilman,George W.Holston.
The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with;
RESOLUTION N0.8~8.
Councilman Boido introduced a resolution of the City Council of the City of South San
?rancisco providing for holding a General Municipal Election in said city on the 14th day of'~Apr~l.,

Recreatio~ Hall, for~a five year period. ~It was satisfactory and placed on file.
