A regularl~ adjourned meeting of the city council of the City of South San Francisco
was held in the City aall, Tuesday evening, ~arch l~th,19~.
~his meeting was called to order at 8 o'clock P.E. by ~ayorr D.W.Ratto.
ROLL CALL.
Roll call found the following named members of the council present,as follows;-
Councilmen,V.Boido, ~eorge W.Holston,~.~inucciani,D.W.Ratto.
Councilmen,Absent, aeese Lloyd.
The reading of the minutes of the pr~vious meeting was dispensed with.
t~Councilman ~inucciani introduced a resolution of the City of South San ~Tancisco resolw
that it is the intention of the City of South San Francisco to participate in the building o
sewers in the ~ienry Dolger subdivision ~ayfair Village, to the extent of ~,O00,when the pro
is approved.
The resolution was adopted by the votes of all.the members of t~e city council present,a~
fo~ialows;-
Ayes,Counilmen,V.ooi~o,George W.Holston. N.Ninucciani, DoW.Ratto.
Noes,Councilmen,None.
Absent, Councilmen,Reese Lloyd.

A certificae from t~e City Clerk's office was ordered sent to County Clerk Augustus, tesi
fying that there is no tax ].ien against the lands of the proposed subdivision to be entitled
~ay£air Village,South San Francisco,California,as showm on the assessment rolls,except the s~
of ~l~O for t~e fiscal year 19~4-4~, ta~es~ and that further, said lands are not now subject
to any special assessments which have not been paid in full.
There being no further business before the board councilman Holston moved to adjourn uni
~onday,~arch ~0,194~ at 8 o'clock P.E. ~he motion was seconded by councilman ~oido and re~
ly carried.
