WEDNESDAY,OOTOBER18,1944.
A regularly adjourned meeting of the city council of the City of South San Francisc¢
was held in the City Hall, Wednesday evening, October 18,1944.
~ROLL CALL.
Roll call found all members of the council present,as ~follows;-
Councilmen,Victor ~oido,Charles K.Elder, Ivan M.Hays, George W.Holston,M.Minucciani.
Action on the minutes of the previous meeting was suspended.
Councilman Boido introduced a resolution of the city council of the City of South S~
Francisco granting the City of San Bruno permission to construct,operate and maintain a
sanitary, sewer through a strip of land in the City of South San Francisco,lO feet in widt~
and described ~°re fully in Resolution No.~$9 at page ~'3 ·
- The resolution was adopted by~ the votes of all the members of the city council,as f¢
Ayes,Councilmen,Victor Boido, Charles K.Elder, Ivan M.Hays, G~'orge W.Holston,
M.Minucciani.
Noes,Councilmen,None.
Absent,Councilmen,None. Attest Daniel McSweene~

There being no further business before the board councilman Minucciani moved to adj¢
until Monday,November~,lg~*, at 8 o'clock P.M. The motion was seconded by councilman
Boido and ~gularly carried.
