Call and waiver of notice of special meeting of the city council of the City of South ~an Francisco, of which the following is a notice;- "~he undersigned members of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco hereby call a special meeting of said City Council to be held on ~onday, the O6th day o~ ~arch, l~§, at the hour of ~;$0 o'clock P.~i., for the purpose of acting upon a resolution to direct the City Clerk to mail notices of the adoption of resolution No. 98~ entitled "A resolution of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco declaring its intention to improve t?e streets of the s~bdivision in said City of South San Francisco known as Southwood No.S"., which resolution of intention was adopted by said ~ity ~ouncil on the ~0th da~ of ~arch,l~, and for the transaction of all such business as may ~e incident thereto, and also for the transaction of such other business as may regularly come before said City Council. ~Dated~ar~h ~' 0_6_ th,19~8. A special meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco was held in the city hall, ~.ionday evening, ~'~arch 08 1~8 This meetin~!' was called to order at ~7;~0 o'clock P.?~i. by ~ayor Oeor~e W.Holston. ROLL CAi L. The Roll call found all members of the council present, as follows;- Councilmen,~icter Bo~do,Charles K.Elder, Ivan ~¥~.hays,George W.Holston,~.~.~.~inucciani. Rea~ing of the minutes of the two previous meetings was dispensed with. RESOLUTION NO.98V. Councilman hays introduced a resolution of the 2it~ Council of' the City of South ~an Francisco,directing that the 5ity 51erk of South San Francisco mail notices to all persons ~wning real property which is proposed to be assessed to pay for any part of the costs of the work of improving said Southwood No.3, in the City of South San Francisco. ~he resolution was adopted bF· the votes of all the members of the city council, as follows; Ayes,Council~:en,Yictor Boido,Charles K.Elder,Ivan E.Hays,:~eor~e W.Holston,E.Einucciani. ~oes, Councilmen,None. Attest Daniel EcSweeney City Clerk Recorded in Book of Resolutions, Vol.3, at page, In the matter of the repairing of streets in Lindenville, councilman Hays reported the streets in poor condition, and in need of reapir, but hesitated to spend city money on them for fear of no redress. It was decided to allow the South San Francisco Land and Improvement conpany to make their own repairs. There being no further business before the council, councilman Elder moved to adjourn until the next regular meetins,'~:onday, April e, 1945, at 8 o' clock P.k. ~he motion was c seconded bu councilman hays and regularly carried. ~ime of adjournment, 7;45 o'clock P.~[.
