A regularly adjourned meeting of the city council of the City of South San Francisco
was held in the Cit~ Hall, 2uesday evening, April 10th,1945, at V;30 o'Clock P.~i.
In the absence of mayor ~corge W.Eolston, Councilman Charles K.Elder was chosen to
protem ~'~,
the position of i',~ayor'by the other four members of the board.
?.:ayor Elder called for roll call. Councilmen who answered roll call were as follows;-
Councilmen, Charles K.Elder, Ivan ~i.hays, Victor Boido and ~.[i'nucciani.
Absent, council~.an, ~'~ayor George ~.Holston.
Eayor Elder asked if there were any incorrections in the minutes as submitted. Hearing
none be declared them adopted as read.
ihere oemna' no persons oresent on any official business with the council, councilman
hays moved to adjourn until ~'~onday, April 16,1945 at 8 o'clock
by councilman ~'~inucciani and regularly carried.
